House of stairs

I had a dream
you lived in Escher's house
and like two kids
playing hide-and-seek,

I searched you
behind doors,
between sky and water,
inside mirrors.

I couldn't find you.
In Escher's living room,
you were another illusion,
my personal impossible.

  2. Great imagery : ) This describes well how we feel sometimes, and we do not even know if we are in front or behind the mirror.

  3. ...in the sides
    with you
    in all directions
    are both
    but,
    aren't near
    forever
    seeing and impossibles
    things...

Adoro os obras do Esther Kenia!

  4. Excellent metaphor, Kenia, though touched with sadness for the impossible dream.
