De-evolution

it all starts with me
learning new improved ways
of making the same mistakes

and then being unable to fix things
with the people I deliberately hurt
to avoid getting hurt myself.

  1. Ever tried, ever failed. Try better, fail better. We all make that same mistake. But the better we make it, the better off we are, Kenia. Thanks for that reminder.

  2. ha. i make a lot of the same mistakes

the second bit is tough...the need for self preservation
which enables us hurting others unintentionally
a lot of honesty and heart in that kenia..

i have to watch as i try to be a fixer at times
and there are things that i can not

thanks for the well wishes for dad
he is doing really good...actually went for a short walk
    with him this eve.

  4. always find a new way to make mistakes; if you're making them, you're not growing... there's always a bigger wall to climb, and we must learn from all our missteps over the past, smaller ones... smiles

  6. Very interesting title first of all - and yes, the true learning is through making mistakes. If I look back what I have written a year ago, I'll probably change them.

When I used to bowl we would imagine our line from the release point to the pins. When things were going poorly they would always say "change your line, change your luck"

wishing you the best of luck

New ways to make mistakes...a sign that you're trying. :-)
